Ingredients
  

puri shells, lightly crushed
white peas masala (ragda-style, prepared)
carrot, grated
onion, finely chopped
coriander leaves
chaat masala
sev
Lemon wedge

Method
 

  1. Spread the warm peas masala on a plate.
  2. Crush the puris over it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Load with onion, carrot, and chaat masala.
  4. Blanket with sev, coriander, and a lemon squeeze. Toss slightly and eat.
